Therefore, we will handle this tedious and unwanted eviction process by making sure that you are kept up to date with the progress of the eviction. We will be available to discuss any questions or concerns during our normal business hours.

Nex-Gen Partners offers an array of services:

We will fill out and process all of the notices and documents for you depending on what type of notice is required for the eviction.

We can help you determine which notice is right for your case, prepare and deliver all completed forms to the court for filing.  

We deliver or post the required notices to your tenants and or unit.

If your tenant appeals the case, a trial will be required, at which time all-supporting documentation must be gathered from owner to present to court.

We will appear in court as your NON-Legal representative with your Attorney

When the case is completed, we will meet the Sheriff or Constable at the property to regain possession of the premises.

We will coordinate with the locksmith to change locks of your unit if needed.

Nex-Gen Partners will also provide a physical inspection of the property to determine its condition, once property owner regains property access.
